Chris Heron is an up and coming self-taught orchestral composer. He found his love for music at a young age, and began writing his own piano pieces at the age of ten. In the years to follow, Chris Heron discovered his calling for film and video game music, and realized his dream to create Orchestral soundtracks of his own. With a few years of piano under his belt, he learned the ins and outs of being a composer, gathering new experience with each new project and musical score in his four years of composing orchestral music.

Garnering inspiration from composers like Michael Giacchino, Jeremy Soule, and Howard Shore, Chris centers much of his work around a piano base with a strong orchestral backdrop. His work focuses on painting a picture through sound, and creating an emotional background for the listener. Chris Heron believes that the musical score is more than just a background, but a centerpiece, creating feelings and emotions that cannot be portrayed through any sense but sound.

Currently Chris Heron is creating soundtracks for indie video games and short films, as well as creating music for film trailers and personal albums. For more tracks, visit his website at dashdub888.wix.com/chrisheronmusic
